Your tasks

Coordinating and independently performing service work on our Mikron Mill milling machines and StepTec spindles

Writing service reports

Thoroughly analyzing and diagnosing recurring errors and determining their causes in close collaboration with the Development and Assembly departments

Creation of advanced PLC software diagnostics and detailed error descriptions for the Software department and assistance with troubleshooting in coordination with this department

Assistance and support for our sales companies and customers with technical questions as part of 2nd level support

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in CNC machine after-sales service

Very good knowledge of the Heidenhain control system (from iTNC 530 onwards)

Knowledge of applications on CNC milling machines

Independent and motivated to acquire new knowledge

Willingness to travel worldwide up to 80% of the time if necessary
