An important Private Bank in Zurich is looking for their new Assistant to Client Relationship Manager.
Responsibilities
Support daily administrative and commercial activities for Client Relationship Managers (CRMs)
Manage retrocessions and related commissions
Handle account openings, closings and all required documentation
Ensure compliance with internal / external regulations (FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.)
Prepare documentation and materials for client meetings
Respond to client enquiries by email or telephone
Execute, control and monitor client instructions (payments, FX, stock exchange transactions, static data changes)
Monitor credit lines and investment maturities
Follow up and resolve administrative issues
Requirements
University degree in Finance
First relevant experience in Private Banking or External Asset Manager support
Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Avaloq knowledge is an advantage
Strong ability to prioritise, solve problems and work independently under pressure
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
High level of integrity, flexibility, accountability and work ethic
