As the Senior Manager of Market Insights, you will serve as a strategic bridge between the business units and the analytics organization, driving data-informed decision-making across the EMEACLA region. Your consultative mindset and deep understanding of market dynamics will enable you to deliver actionable insights, harmonize governance practices, and elevate Edwards’ Structural Heart Disease (SHD) strategy through robust research and reporting.
How you'll make an impact :
Strategic Insight Generation :
Lead the identification and delivery of high-impact market insights to support current and future growth initiatives. Collaborate with the data analytics team to source, analyze, and translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for business growth.
Governance Harmonization & Reporting :
Align business governance frameworks between Edwards businesses and countries in the region. Standardize data collection and presentation formats to enable consistent monthly and quarterly reporting across markets.
Market Research & Opportunity Assessment :
Conduct in-depth market research. Analyze financial, competitive, and operational data to uncover opportunities for expansion, innovation, and improved profitability.
Commercial Excellence Enablement :
Drive the development and monitoring of productivity, profitability, and growth KPIs. Coordinate business reviews and priorities to ensure continued focus on what matters.
SHD Strategy Advancement :
Utilize market intelligence and research to inform and refine Edwards’ SHD approach, ensuring alignment with evolving customer needs and competitive dynamics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring insights are translated into strategic actions that drive measurable impact.
Additional Duties :
Support ad hoc initiatives and contribute to enterprise-wide projects as needed.
What you will need :
Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of relevant working experience in related field (e.g. business development, finance, marketing, sales).
Excellent Business Development and Strategy experiences and hands-on sales and marketing experiences with multinational healthcare or medical devices companies is preferred.
