Head of Corporate Publications & Communications

The Head of Corporate Publications & Communications is responsible for leading all external reporting and corporate disclosure activities that communicate the companys performance progress and purpose. This includes managing financial and non-financial publications press releases and sustainability communications that support strategic priorities enhance corporate reputation and ensure clarity and consistency across all channels.

A central part of the role is to oversee the planning coordination and delivery of the companys Annual Integrated Report and other key publications in close collaboration with Investor Relations Sustainability Finance Legal and Brand teams.

The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to the following :

1. Annual and Corporate Reporting

• Lead the end-to-end development of the Annual Integrated Report (print and digital) ensuring it meets brand regulatory and strategic standards.
• Coordinate contributions and approvals across key stakeholders (Investor Relations Finance Sustainability Legal and Executive Management).
• Manage external partners (designers writers printers translators) to deliver high-quality on-time outputs.
• Guarantee accuracy coherence and alignment of data and narrative across all corporate reporting.
• Oversee additional corporate publications
