• IT services at all locations :
• Evaluation and planning
• Implementation
• Initiate further developments of the IT Infrastructure and documentation
• Monitor and maintain services
• Handling of incidents
• Carrying out maintenance work
• 2nd / 3rd-level support
• Support 1st-level supporters
