WHAT YOU WILL DO: Lead all production operations, ensuring compliance with schedules, quantities, quality, legal requirements, hygiene standards, and customer demands. Define the capacities of your production lines, organize and optimize human resources to maximize production efficiency. Implement all measures to improve the excellence of the unit. Develop and apply continuous improvements to optimize production processes and reduce costs (lean management). Manage a team of 3 to 7 people directly, with up to 50 people indirectly, distributed across our different production sites. Travel to these sites is expected. Train and support your team leaders to develop their skills and promote a positive work environment and the company in various external organizations and interprofessionals. WHAT YOU BRING: A dairy and cheese diploma, Food Technologist ES or Agricultural Engineer HES, or deemed equivalent, complemented by training in management. Several years of experience in industrial cheese processes and managing staff in a dairy industry environment. Solid knowledge in dairy microbiology, cheese production, aging, and food safety. Proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language (B2). A solution-oriented approach and a sense of demand and precision, as well as excellent teamwork skills.
