Manage food costs and optimize resources. Collaborate with management to maintain and improve culinary standards.Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous-Chef in a renowned restaurant. Excellent leadership and management skills and a passion for gastronomy. In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and current trends. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
