SAP - FICO - Senior Business Analyst (5 years min)- Finance, Tax and Digital Reporting (e-invoicing, SAF-T, etc.)

Location : Geneva

Job Description :

As a Senior Business Analyst - Finance, you will lead projects on digital reporting (e-invoicing, SAF-T, etc.) within the Finance & Tax portfolio. You will interpret business needs, model processes, and independently manage smaller-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Participate in discovery meetings to define business requirements.
Lead the technical aspects of e-invoicing implementations.
Collaborate with ERP and IT teams for system configuration support.
Conduct technical assessments and create clear documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates.
Research digital reporting legislation and regulations.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Coordinate system testing and UAT.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements :

Experience in indirect tax and knowledge of digital reporting laws.

Expertise in e-invoicing platforms (Edicom, SOVOS, etc.).

Experience in financial transformation and regulatory projects.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Formal SAP training / certification.

Fluent in English (French is an advantage).

Preferences :

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO.

Knowledge of Finance and Tax business processes.

Experience in digital tax reporting and automated data submission.
