Requirements You can demonstrate experience in the mentioned fields or have already gained some management experience. You are customer-oriented, flexible, and quality-conscious. You show a good team spirit. You are used to working in very busy and bustling workplaces. You speak French very well. English is a plus, and other languages are always an advantage. Tasks Support activities while adhering to Holy Cow! standards. Responsibility for service and team management. Assisting the Manager in management tasks. Opening and closing the restaurant. Implementing Holy Cow! standards in the kitchen and customer service (customer acquisition, managing customer orders, selling, and advising our customers).
