Job Description

• Leadership of the project scope (work package) to the satisfaction of the Customer/Project Director
• Quality, Time and Cost Responsibility, with regards to the economic feasibility for the Company
• Professional guidance/development of Technical Project Managers
• Guarantee of timely preparation of building data for the execution (internal and external) and for O&M manual, assurance of CE conformance
• Coordination of the construction works with regard to the integration of the plant as a whole, check of the interfaces for every single lot
• Guarantee of the information flow within the project team and initiation of problem solving
• Experience exchange (project feedback) with product responsible
• Ensuring constructive supplier relationships
• Active claim management in conjunction with the respective department
• Guidance on the project scope in conformity to the business processes, to the respective customer and supplier contracts as well as to the requirements of the public authorities
• Guarantee of the compliance with HSE requirements
• Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them

• Experience in dealing with suppliers and in procuring complex systems

• Construction management experience is of advantage

Competence in working methods

• Good MS-Office user competence
• Very good both written and spoken German and English
• Good project management competencies
• Good knowledge of engineering tools (CAE-tool)
• Presentation skills
