As part of the event team and in close partnership with the bank's Communications department, oversee promotional and communication activities. Responsibilities include :
- Event branding, webpage content, social media posts, and announcements
- Coordinating the event program and aligning topics
- Developing narratives around key event topics
- Drafting and sending invitations to external stakeholders, attendees, and guest speakers
- Editing and designing posters
- Assisting with presentations and rehearsals
- Providing support for other summit preparations or Innovation Hub events as needed
- Experience with marketing / promotional campaigns (e.g., communication and branding plans, creating posters / banners)
- Experience in Communications or event preparation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with diverse groups
- Excellent English skills (native speaker or C2 level preferred) and exceptional drafting abilities
- Team player
- Ability to integrate perspectives from various departments
- Ability to connect and coordinate different outreach initiatives
- Understanding of organizational structures, experience in developing processes / plans for future events (ideally beyond consulting roles)
- Interesting role in events communication
- Quick start, contract until at least end of March 2025
