  • You will manage the entire pricing strategy, manifest creation and sales forecasting for different competitions.
  • You will enhance the customer journey, manage data effectively and maintain exceptional customer service standards through our client's ticketing platform in partnership with a third-party provider.
  • You will develop and implement ticket and hospitality sales strategies, generate revenue reports and assist with financial reconciliation and auditing procedures.
  • You will maintain ticket inventories and oversee the placement of all ticket holds.
  • You will implement the new ticketing platform across all areas, ensuring seamless customer service, efficient ticketing operations and effective sales and reporting.
  • You will coordinate with marketing teams to develop compelling narratives and sales messages, ensuring high demand and sales.
  • You will act as the liaison with different stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication with them.
  • You will oversee the work of the Ticketing Executive, ensuring they meet their targets and support the overall ticketing strategy.
  • You have minimum 5 years professional experience in sport industry, promoter environment, entertainment venue or similar.
  • You have solid experience in creating or managing an in-house ticketing platform for large-scale events.
  • You have proven knowledge and the ability to collaborate with commercial stakeholders and sponsors to meet their requirements.
  • You speak English fluently (C1) and French (B2). Other language is an asset.
  • You possess strong organizational and project management skills, along with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating diplomacy and flexibility.
  • You are a team player with a sense of responsibility and self-motivated.
  • You work independently and have an innovative approach to problem solving.
  • You are willing to travel.
