Support us on site at our location in Coburg, home office is possible several times a week.

Job description

You actively work on customer projects and are in regular contact with the customer
You advise and support colleagues and customers
You install and administer Linux server systems
You will regularly patch, test and install new versions
You plan, install and migrate relational database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and server systems (RedHat, Oracle Enterprise Linux)
You monitor databases and server systems and rectify faults after an analysis
You create and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications

Completed studies in computer science, information technology or comparable training

Sound knowledge in the administration of Linux and Windows servers

Good knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL database systems

Ability to work in a team and enjoy collaborating on projects

Independent and structured way of working

Good communication skills and customer orientation

Fluency in German and English
