Chief Product Officer

Aeon is redefining preventive healthcare. We combine whole-body MRI advanced blood biomarkers and genetic data with AI to detect and predict diseases before symptoms appear. Our mission is to empower people to live longer healthier lives by shifting healthcare from reactive to proactive.

With active clinics across Switzerland and Germany and strong backing at the seed stage we are entering a crucial phase of scaling and product focus.

We are now looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our leadership team and build the product function that will define a new category in medicine. As CPO you will own Aeons product strategy end-to-end: shaping our core whole-body check-up building the data and AI platform that powers it and creating a repeatable customer experience that people love and return to.

Your mandate: turn multimodal clinical excellence into a scalable product and close the loop from detection to prediction to intervention. You will also support our next funding rounds and scale up while maintaining strong unit economics. This is a unique opportunity to help build the worlds most advanced preventive health platform.

Tasks

• Product Strategy: Define a clear 1824 month product strategy and roadmap that focuses on early detection prediction repeat usage and scalable customer experience.
• Core Product Development: Improve and evolve Aeons whole-body check-up and follow-up journey reducing friction for customers and clinicians and launching impactful new modules and features.
• Roadmap Execution: Prioritise one clear core product and translate strategy into simple quarterly plans with a few high leverage initiatives and clear ownership.
• Technical Ownership: Work closely with and oversee developers and perhaps contribute to building of technical backbone of the company
• Team building: Establish clear ways of working across engineering data clinical operations and growth build the team and foster a high-performance collaborative culture.
• Product Operating System: Introduce lightweight disciplined product rituals such as quarterly planning discovery with real user input and weekly alignment practices that improve clarity and execution speed.
• Data & AI Enablement: Partner with data science and engineering to define how multimodal data (MRI blood genetics) powers the product and bring new data-driven features into customer-facing use.
• Scalability & Growth Support: Ensure the product evolves in a way that supports sustainable growth strong customer experience efficient operations and new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

Must-have

• 5 years of senior product leadership in B2C or B2B2C
• Proven track record of owning product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Experience working closely with engineering and data teams
• Startup experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English (German or French a plus)
• Based in Europe with ability to spend regular time at our Swiss office (relocation optional)

Nice to have

• Experience in imaging digital health diagnostics or insurance
• Experience in regulated environments (healthcare fintech)
• Subscription or recurring-revenue experience
• Experience building products in multiple European markets
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-based data and AI/ML solutions (AWS Lamda S3 SageMaker etc)
• Experience with container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) Infrastructure-as-Code (Cloud formation)
• Comfortable reading engineering documentation logs and understanding code snippets
• Experience with Typescript Python and Git-based development
