For one of our clients in the watchmaking industry, we are looking for a Senior Inventory Analyst (m / w). The role is a permanent contract based in la Chaux-de-Fonds.
Your responsibilities :
- Overseeing all aspects of inventory management such as : Monitoring inventory levels;Analyzing data to forecast demand;Coordinating with supply chain and sales team;Implementing strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize costs.
- Optimize inventory levels and accuracy by developing and implementing inventory control procedures and strategies
- Improve inventory efficiency by analyzing inventory data and trends; identifying areas of improvement, such as minimizing out of collection or excess inventory
- Estimate future inventory requirements based on historical data, sales forecasts, and industry trends
- Management / review of purchase orders in accordance with well-defined specifications and production plan
- Manage regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
