As a member of the DevOps team, you
support agile initiatives, projects and mandates from the
definition of requirements through to successful implementation,
and act as a central point of contact between business
and internal ICT units.
You
systematically record, analyse, validate and document
business needs and requirements and, taking into
account feasibility and economic viability, convert them into
workable system requirements.
Your
responsibilities include initiating and organizing technical
concepts, feasibility studies and introducing quality assurance
measures as well actively participating in their
implementation.
In your role as service
owner, you are responsible for the results of IT service
provision to the business and customers.
While representing their interests in the DevOps team,
you assume responsibility for the entire service life cycle and
ensure customer-oriented service provision in accordance
with agreed SLAs.
You coordinate
departments and solution providers and manage the continuous
development and optimization of existing
processes.
You also provide
assistance with budgeting and capacity planning within the
DevOps team, check budgets and supplier invoices and
evaluate the performance of external
partners.
You are a proactive and committed
team player with strong communication skills and a
high level of customer focus.
You
have basic or advanced training in the field of informatics (e.g.
UAS, ETH) and ideally IREB certification (CPRE) or advanced
training as a business analyst.
You have
several years of experience as a requirement engineer, business
analyst or in an agile role such as a scrum master as well as
proven experience in agile methods such as Scrum or
Kanban.
A pronounced agile mindset, a
high degree of flexibility and strong methodological competencies
enable you to identify risks early and assess them
realistically.
You are confident in
technical dialogue with internal and external partners and are
quickly able to grasp complex relationships and present them
clearly.
Cross-unit collaboration is a
matter of course for you – you systematically apply your flair for
business opportunities and measures to increase efficiency and
effectiveness.
You have a good spoken and
written command of German, have knowledge of French and
ideally have a good command of
English.
