Role
The resource will be part of the HR Consulting team and will be responsible to ensure proper implementation of all applicable HR processes necessary for a consistent HR management for the assigned perimeter. Specifically, this resource will be dedicated to EFG locations outside of Switzerland.
The HR Consulting team serves as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters, providing advisory and guidance to line managers and employees on HR regulations, processes, and Oracle Fusion functionalities. The team also oversees critical processes, such as onboarding, drive HR processes optimization and offers a wide range of HR services (. answer questions on contractual topics, maternity/paternity leaves, allowances, signature rights, work certificates, . The resource will constantly interact with HR Business Partners, line managers and employees as well as all HR functional areas.
This multifaceted role is crucial in ensuring an efficient HR support alongside the entire employee’s lifecycle, from on boarding to off boarding, as well as actively contributing to the positioning of the team as a global CoE for HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone willing to work in an international, fast-paced and client-oriented HR team within a global private banking group.
