ROLE
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of legal and commercial documents.
- Providing legal advice in connection with new and existing commercial activities of one of the group’s business unit.
- Providing legal support and advice to the company’s support functions, notably HR.
- Exercising initiative in solving challenges and accomplishing business objectives.
- Performs other responsibilities and special projects to support the Legal department’s objectives.
PROFILE
Requirements :
Master of Law degree from a Swiss University and admission to the Swiss Bar.A least 4 years of relevant experience preferably acquired in a law firm and / or as an in-house counsel in an international company.Business acumen and sound knowledge of commercial law, notably of sale & purchase agreements, service agreements, joint development, and other types of collaboration agreements.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Experience in servicing customers and ability to manage the legal aspects of complex international contracts successfully and independently.LL.M or other postgraduate education and / or work experience would be considered as an advantage but are not a prerequisite.Languages :
Fluency in French and English required.Command of German or Spanish a plus.Soft skills :
