As a CRM Manager, you will play a key role in the Mammut Digital Marketing & CRM team, where you will design, execute, and monitor CRM marketing campaigns and email marketing automation. Your main goal will be to increase customer loyalty and retention, as well as drive business growth with various CRM activities.

Do what you love :

  • Develop CRM marketing campaigns and loyalty management tactics in our CRM / CDP with the goal of consumer retention, cross-selling, and reactivation to drive more engagement and incremental growth
  • Develop a segmentation-based lifecycle management consumer base and actively steer through email marketing and other direct marketing channels
  • Be responsible for the ongoing development, implementation and operationalization of the Mammut loyalty program
  • Strategically collaborate with cross-functional teams to build ongoing value through CRM and personalized communication
  • Leverage analytics to measure CRM campaign performance and continuously optimize KPIs as well as consumer experience
  • Analyze consumer behavior, determine opportunities, and develop new ideas for the continuous improvement of consumer loyalty
  • Create briefings and design communication elements and campaign mechanisms in collaboration with digital designers and copywriters

Play to your strengths :

  • Successfully completed degree in communications, business administration or economics with a focus on marketing, customer relationship management or a comparable qualification
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in the field of B2C customer relationship management, digital marketing, or a comparable professional field
  • CRM & loyalty management experience with a proven track record of managing innovative consumer-centric communications and omni-channel loyalty programs
  • Proven experience in consumer lifecycle management programs and strong understanding of consumer segmentation data driven approaches
  • Knowledge of key CRM channels and their usability, as well as relevant KPIs for campaign screening and optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret analytics and data to drive decisions as well as a high degree of initiative, innovativeness, decisiveness and creativity
  • Strong collaboration skills and a true team player as well as the ability to work independently and results-oriented
  • Fluent (written & spoken) in English, German is a plus
  • Ability to convey information efficiently and effectively in Powerpoint or presentation tools
  • Strong knowledge in Asana, MS Office
