StellenbeschreibungKnowledge and hands on experience of at least 5 years in data privacy and data protection. Proven track record of supporting the implementation of privacy processes and controls. Knowledge and hands on experience in ensuring compliance to data protection frameworks such as GDPR. Proficiency in assessment of privacy risks and development of effective privacy risk mitigation recommendations. Solid understanding of Privacy by Design principles and related frameworks such as NIST Privacy Framework, ISO 27701 etc. Experience with AI technologies, machine learning models, or related fields. Strong knowledge of AI ethics and risk management principles and proficiency in conducting privacy and AI risk assessments. Solid understanding of AI risk management principles and related frameworks such as NIST AI Risk Management Framework, EU AI act , etc. The SME is expected to be fluent in English as the primary language for work. Knowledge of French is optional and considered an added advantage as it is WIPO’s second working language. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex privacy and AI concepts to technical and non [1] technical audiences.

Required :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following, or related fields : Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Law. Desirable :
- Professional data privacy related certifications such as Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM),
Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP)
