Our client is a major player in its fields located in Canton de Vaud

We are seeking a dedicated QSE and Quality expert to lead quality, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Missions :

• Oversee the integrated management system to drive continuous improvement, enhance customer satisfaction, and manage risks. Act as the primary contact for certification audits (ISO 9001, GMP, ISO 14001) and safety inspections by local authorities.
• Develop and implement safety and risk prevention policies to minimize workplace accidents and disruptions.
• Implement environmental policies to identify, measure, and mitigate the environmental impacts of the company’s operations.
• Manage QSE related events, including corrective and preventive actions, and oversee related projects.
• Handle deviations and changes to ensure processes and products comply with new requirements.
• Maintain hygiene standards and good manufacturing practices, including external microbiological analysis management.
• Cultivate a culture of quality, safety, and environmental awareness among all employees and management.
• Supervise the QSE team and manage product release, as well as quality control for incoming materials, manufacturing, packaging, and labeling.
• Be in charge of management system, organizing rescue operations, emergency medical care, and fire protection.
