StellenbeschreibungEnsure that development standards are met. Ensure that the customer requirements are transcribed at all stages of the project. Anticipate and identify all risks associated with products and processes in projects and manage corrective action plans until the problem is resolved (PDCA). Ensure consistency between product and process characteristics, participate to D-FMEA / P-FMEA and control plans. Interface with customer / supplier on all incidents with 8D / PDCA completion. Prepare the customers’ qualifications for the product (FAI, PPAP). Conducts internal audits Conducts supplier’s audits if needed. Follows-up specific opened item list in accordance with his manager’s priorities. Quality, Mechanical or Electrical engineer (HES / EPF) with additional training in Quality management. Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings (mechanical, electrical). At least 5 years of experience in Quality or project development in an industrial environment. Knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO TS 22163. Strong knowledge and experience to use the main Quality tools : 8D, D-FMEA, P-FMEA, PPAP, FAI. Project Management Professional (PMP) training or equivalent is an asset. Training of auditors (internal, suppliers). Initiative and Adaptability : Identifies problems and finds solutions in a creative manner. Demonstrates flexibility to changing conditions and / or environment. Teamwork : Works cooperatively with others and is part of a team. Customer Focus : Acts with the customer in mind. Is responsive to the needs and opinions of others. Communication : Written and verbal communications are clear, concise and understandable. Listens actively to others. Finds common ground and gets cooperation.

- Guaranteeing methodological rigor in the development plan and coordinating all qualities activities within the project teams.
