Quality Improvement Officer

Fluckiger SAQuality Officer (M / F)MissionAs part of this role, in our Quality Department, your main mission will be to identify and analyze non-conformities within your scope. You will be required to propose and implement preventive actions throughout the production cycle, initiate and manage continuous improvement projects, and participate in the management of Quality standards for the company, in order to support the challenges of quality and performance throughout the product lifecycle.Responsibilities- Identify, analyze, and address internal non-conformities within your area of activity, along with the associated action plans.- Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions in terms of processes, procedures, and control, and ensure the follow-up of actions throughout the entire lifecycle.- Participate in the new product process (monitoring, series 0 reporting).- Establish, accompany, and monitor Quality procedures.- Organize awareness actions and training for staff on the importance of quality compliance.- Prepare the drafting of quality manuals and procedures.- Set up and monitor necessary actions in the context of continuous improvements and / or internal non-conformities (processes / products, Quality Flash reports, procedures, and instructions, etc.).- Optimize Quality processes.- Daily analyze the activities of your area in search of projects.Profile- Degree in Quality (or equivalent) with a specialization in Engineering.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function.- Knowledge of watch product manufacturing processes, experience in the high-end dial sector, and familiarity with quality tools, analysis, and problem-solving.- Ability to lead a project.- Knowledge of German is a plus.- Ability to manage interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively while being action-oriented and capable of handling complexity. jid0ae71caaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
