About the Role : We’re hiring

Senior Requirements Engineers to support a global R&D

initiative focused on harmonizing product range requirements across

mechatronic products and multiple software platforms (mobile app,

cloud, OS). You will consolidate complex requirements, resolve

inconsistencies, and support a migration from Jira to

Codebeamer.

Key

Responsibilities : Elicit, analyse, and

consolidate stakeholder & system

requirements

Structure and maintain

requirements in Codebeamer (Codebeamer experience is a

plus)

Resolve unclear / conflicting requirements

and drive clean-up

Create UML diagrams and

modular / scalable requirement

structures

Collaborate with cross-functional

stakeholders and support change impact

assessments

Requirements

5–8

years of experience in system / stakeholder requirements

engineering

Strong consulting mindset,

analytical thinking, and independent work

style

Experience with interdisciplinary

stakeholder management

Proficiency in UML and

modular design of reusable functional

blocks

3–5 years generalist software

engineering background + ALM / requirements

tools

Degree from ETH / Technical University

(software, mechatronics, engineering)

English :

Business fluent; German is a plus
