We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join our client’s Zurich-based team for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder engagement, and brings a strategic mindset to complex partnership development.

Key Responsibilities -

• Lead end-to-end partner and supplier engagement, including contract negotiation, account planning, and issue resolution.
• Drive strategic partner prospecting, conduct industry research, and collaborate on product direction.
• Build and nurture relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
• Monitor business metrics, forecast impact, and uphold brand reputation.

What we are looking for -

• 5–10 years of experience in Policy and/or Partnerships roles.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience working with national and European authorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with transportation data standards, ingestion, and interoperability.
• Ability to collaborate within a tech-driven environment and engage effectively with public authorities.
• Excellent communication, project planning, and analytical skills.

Additional Details -

Contract - 12 months

Workload - 100%

Location - Zurich, Switzerland

Mode of work - Hybrid (Office presence required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
