• Create and deliver high-quality cocktails and signature drinks aligned with the venues identity
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience through attentive personalized service
• Contribute actively to the development of the cocktail menu and seasonal creations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness organisation and bar presentation
• Manage bar operations during service including stock control and preparation
• Act as a brand ambassador through professionalism energy and attention to detail
