As Director of Facility Management Engineering and EHS you will lead a critical part of this missionoverseeing all site-level functions including Facility Management CAPEX management Engineering and Environmental aspects health and Safety. This role is key to delivering reliable high-quality and compliant services to our internal and external clients around the world.

What will you do

You will collaborate with leaders across Client Services Operations Quality Assurance Engineering Facilities EHS Planning PPI IT and HR as well as the Site General Manager to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. Together we will ensure operational performance aligns with both internal business goals and evolving customer expectations.

Drive team performance by completing sales and operational plans representing building operations technical services and environmental health and safety and emphasizing the impact of contributions on business and customer happiness.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Site Management

• Lead Facility Management Engineering and EHS functions in alignment with site and business targets.
• Serve as a key member of the Site Leadership Team actively shaping site strategy and long-term planning.
• Support the General Manager in strategic decision-making including facilities investments CAPEX planning and site readiness for future expansion.
