Location : Switzerland (Remote / On-site as needed) Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent We are looking for a Senior Licensed Auditor to join our team as the first hire in Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing our Swiss presence and obtaining the necessary local licensing to perform audits. If you have at least 2+ years of audit experience and have a valid FAOA audit license, are proficient in English, and are excited about building something from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities SOC 2 Audit Support : Assist in planning and executing SOC 2 audit engagements for our clients, including testing controls, gathering evidence, and documenting findings. Regulatory Compliance : Work closely with management to obtain the required local audit license for our Swiss operations. Ensure all audit activities comply with Swiss regulations and SOC 2 standards. Documentation & Reporting : Prepare clear audit workpapers, reports, and documentation of control tests. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a concise manner. Team & Process Development : As the first team member in Switzerland, collaborate with our global IT audit team to establish local processes and best practices. Help build the foundation for our Swiss audit practice and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and quality. Required Qualifications Education & Certification : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Progress toward or completion of a recognized auditing certification (e.G. CPA, Chartered Accountant, CIA, CISA) is highly valued. Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of professional audit experience (external audit, IT audit, or compliance auditing preferred). Language Skills : Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, as English is our working language. Proficiency in any Swiss national language (German / French / Italian) is an advantage but not mandatory. Work Authorization : Must have the legal right to work in Switzerland. Ideally holds (or is eligible to obtain) the status of a Licensed Auditor under Swiss regulations to assist with the firm’s licensing requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
