Technical Project Manager

Job Description :

Accountable for management of projects under responsibility of Technical / Nyon plant managing cross-functional teams to deliver assigned projects meeting timeline cost and quality standards as determined and agreed in the project scope.

The position holder is responsible for managing the project starting from the approval of the business case or the STP until completion of all project deliverables.

Mainly the concerned projects types are New Product Introduction Product Innovation value Engineering Product transfers in Haleon Group and at CMOs.

Key Responsibilities :

Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required :

• Master Degree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry Pharmacy or any related fields

• A minimum of 10 years experience in Project Management in the pharmaceutical industry or OTC industry

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying types and complexity.

• Ability to analyze and simplify complex interdependent issues and to identify clear solutions.

• Strong understanding of key business processes and functions within a global multicultural healthcare organization.

• Understanding of the key business processes and functions within a transnational and multi-cultural healthcare company

• Knowledge of GMP and EHS requirements SAP

• Strong communication and analysis skills

• Fluency in French and English mandatory
