- Drive real-time execution of algorithmic strategies across fragmented and fast-moving markets
- Engineer smarter quoting, hedging, and execution logic to sharpen edge and minimize inefficiencies
- Keep a pulse on live market dynamics, risk exposures, and system behavior during trading sessions
- Partner with quantitative researchers, developers, and data scientists to evolve models and trading signals
- Extract insights from historical performance data to fine-tune parameters and uncover new opportunities
- Uphold regulatory standards and internal risk frameworks while scaling strategies responsibly
- Contribute to cutting-edge research on market microstructure and strategy innovation
- Safeguard platform reliability by diagnosing and resolving algorithmic or infrastructure issues swiftly
- Strong academic background in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline from a top-tier university
- At least 5 years of experience in algorithmic or electronic trading, ideally in spot markets such as FX, crypto, equities, or commodities
- Proven track record of generating consistent profits (PnL > $2m annually over 3+ years)
- Deep understanding of market microstructure, liquidity dynamics, and execution strategies
- Hands-on experience with real-time trading systems, live data feeds, and market connectivity
- Ability to monitor and manage risk effectively in high-volume, fast-moving environments
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a focus on performance metrics and optimization
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or other trading-related programming languages
- Experience in market making, arbitrage, or statistical trading strategies
- Exposure to low-latency or high-frequency trading environments
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerized systems, or distributed data processing pipelines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and trading teams
