About Our Client Our client is a prominent NGO based in Geneva. Job Description Developing a Change Communications Strategy : Design a communications roadmap aligned with the reform timeline. Develop clear and compelling messaging for various stakeholders. Tailor communications materials to different audiences. Stakeholder Engagement and Messaging Alignment : Work closely with senior leadership and technical teams. Develop talking points, briefing materials, FAQs, and presentations. Establish feedback loops to address stakeholder concerns. Internal Change Management and Staff Engagement : Lead internal communication strategies and tools. Support engagement activities (town halls, Q&A sessions, workshops). Advise managers and team leads on championing change. Country-Level Communications and Readiness : Tailor communications strategy to country contexts. Develop toolkits and guidance for country partners. Ensure consistent outreach to Ministries of Health and implementing partners. Communications Tools and Content Development : Develop core communications assets (announcements, infographics, case studies, web content, training materials). Ensure communications are accessible and engaging. Monitoring and Adaptation : Track effectiveness of change communications. Refine messaging based on feedback. Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have at least 15-20 years of experience in strategic communications, change management, or stakeholder engagement, in NGO. They must possess expertise in designing and implementing large-scale change communications strategies and have a strong ability to translate complex policy and programmatic reforms into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences. Proven experience engaging with senior leadership, technical teams, and country-level stakeholders is essential. The candidate should have excellent writing, presentation, and facilitation skills , and experience with digital and multimedia communication tools is a plus.
