Within our Customer Service, you integrate teams of managers and actively participate in the management of requests from our insured clients, whether by phone, in writing, or in person. You leverage your ability to communicate clearly and kindly to provide reliable and personalized responses. You also participate in the follow-up of client files and requests, verifying coverage guarantees with rigor and precision, and assessing rights to benefits. In Human Resources, you contribute to preparing entries, exits, and follow-ups for anniversaries and establishing official documents, such as work certificates or permits. Your attention to quality in writing and spelling also allows you to take on correspondence tasks, such as responding to inquiries you bring to the team. You demonstrate a strong commitment to investing in your learning and contributing to the teams' missions.
