We are looking to strengthen our legal affairs team based in La Chaux-de-Fonds with our next Legal Affairs Specialist.Your missions: Actively support the bank's activities in legal affairs, draft and update contracts, participate in directives, respond to inquiries from competent authorities, ensure the review of our external partners, provide information and support to the Front-Office for legal matters, assist the bank with the legal dimension of technological developments, especially artificial intelligence, and manage ongoing legal procedures.Your profile: Master’s degree in law obtained from a university, confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, first experience in the banking environment is a strong advantage, interest in commercial law and the business world, fluent in French, ideally with knowledge of German and/or English (B2).Your skills: Ability to handle sensitive matters while maintaining a strong sense of confidentiality, sense of responsibility and can easily work independently, demonstrates good adaptability in a dynamic environment, daily agility allows you to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Your personal qualities: Loyalty and discretion, excellent analytical skills are confirmed, proven ability to make decisions comes naturally to you.What we offer: A pleasant working environment in the heart of La Chaux-de-Fonds and close to top-notch social benefits and working conditions in a human-sized company where your actions have a real impact. jid73f09d3aen jit0309aen jpiy26aen
