The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence in this growing segment while contributing to our broader cross-border markets strategy. Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, focusing on the NRI market and other cross-border markets. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored financial and investment solutions. Actively acquire new clients and assets, leveraging your network and market expertise. Collaborate with internal teams, including investment advisors and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive wealth management services. Contribute to the development of the NRI market strategy and support its integration into the bank's overall growth plan. Requirements : Experience : Minimum of 4 years in Swiss banking with demonstrated client relationship management experience. A proven ability to bring clients and assets is highly desirable. Market Expertise : Experience with the NRI market and cross-border markets is a Must. Languages : Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Client Development : Track record of client acquisition and building long-term relationships. Skills : Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
