In the digital team your main missions will be to :
- Manage, bring support and enhance the eCommerce plateforms.
- Be responsible for maintaining and updating technical documentation and providing training to colleagues to ensure the effective use and understanding of eCommerce tools and processes.
- Provide support to resolve platform-related problems, and collaborating with IT and development teams to implement new features and integrations.
- Collaborate also with IT and development teams to implement new features and integrations, manage e-shop projects to meet deadlines and budgets, and align initiatives with business goals.
- You have previous experience managing day to day operations of Ecommerce plateforms in a complex and international environment
- You have strong knowledge of WooCommerce / Shopify
- You have a good understanding of SEO and SEM strategies
- You are knon to be autonomous, proactive and solution oriented
- You have C1 level in English, and other european languages are a plus
1 day remote work
