Assistant(e) de Gestion - Lausanne

Au sein de notre bureau de Lausanne, vous ferez partie d'une équipe dynamique et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les banquiers privés sur une clientèle établie et sur une clientèle en développement. Vous devrez fournir des services de qualité pour les clients et assurer la fluidité des processus.

Votre Mission :

Traiter toutes les questions administratives :

• Fournir directement aux clients les informations sur l'évaluation du portefeuille, les soldes de comptes, les opérations, etc
• Traiter les ordres de transfert, assurer les call-back
• Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs de services internes afin d'assurer une réponse rapide et précise aux demandes des clients
• Préparer les formulaires d'ouverture de compte et traiter les ouvertures / fermetures de compte tout en respectant les processus / politiques internes strictes de la banque
• Fournir un soutien pour les présentations PowerPoint, les feuilles de calcul et le matériel de traitement de texte ainsi que pour des projets spécifiques
• Soutenir les activités de marketing de l'équipe en mettant à jour les brochures, les présentations, les bases de données et les rapports d'activité
