IT Project Manager - Bluesign

The Project Manager (PM) position is within the company bluesign technologies AG, which belongs to the SGS Group.

The Project Manager plays a key role in bridging Business and IT.
The PM delivers agreed outcomes from projects using appropriate management techniques, collaboration, leadership, and governance, establishing team structures and a collaborative working environment.
He / she provides effective leadership to the project team, adopts appropriate project management methods and tools, manages the change control process and assesses and manages risks. He / she also prepares realistic plans and ensures that they are maintained and delivers regular and accurate communication to stakeholders.
The PM ensures project and product quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure. Ensures that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale, and resource budgets, and are formally accepted, by appropriate stakeholders.
Monitors costs, times, quality, and resources used and acts where performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
The PM will lead end-to-end project delivery, aligning business priorities with IT capabilities and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
You will :
- Serve as the main liaison between Business and IT, ensuring clear communication, mutual understanding, and shared ownership of project outcomes.
- Realize of concepts, specifications, solution assessments and acceptance of IT-solutions using technical and business knowledge and while taking into account the economic value, quality and risks.
- Recognize, develop and align improvements from an End-to-End perspective for cross area or cross department processes. Take responsibility for End-to-End processes during a change process.
- Facilitate the adaptation of changes in business processes in view of social aspects (team building, conflict management, mediation and finding common ground).
- Provide project and program reporting in line with the defined project governance . Provide transparent project reporting.
- Responsible for the entire planning and execution as well as the control of the related individual projects. Lead project teams.
- Plan and control project budgets and business cases .
- Promote best practices in project governance, change management, and Agile methodologies.
- Support Company’s mission by integrating sustainability principles into IT and business projects, including awareness of sustainability reporting and certification processes.
