Your Mission As a Sales Executive at Dotphoton, your mission is to sell the essential tools powering this revolution, helping research labs, biotech firms, automotive, and aerospace companies break free from data bottlenecks and unlock the full potential of their imaging data. You'll be at the forefront of business growth, driving new customer acquisition in life sciences, biotech, automotive, and space industries, while strengthening existing relationships. By aligning customer needs with Dotphoton’s AI-ready image data management solutions, you’ll develop strategic sales initiatives, close high-impact deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. In the gold rush of AI-driven imaging, you won’t be searching for gold, you’ll be selling the shovels. Job Description Role : Sales Executive Location : Zug, Switzerland (On-site) Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities : Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identifying and securing new business opportunities with life sciences, biotech, automotive, and space clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Pipeline Development : Building, managing, and optimizing the sales pipeline to drive consistent growth, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities. Technical Understanding : Explaining the company's data management and compression technologies and solutions to clients and understanding their unique needs. Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals : Negotiating terms and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Teams : Working closely with product development, R&D, and marketing teams to align customer requirements with the company’s offerings. Market Research : Staying informed on industry trends, competitors, and new developments in the life sciences, biotech, automotive, and space sectors. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in high-tech, scientific fields, or SaaS. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships. Comfortable with outbound prospecting, including cold emails and calls. Ability to simplify complex technical products and communicate their value effectively. Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in driving opportunities. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Must have a valid Swiss B or C work permit or Swiss / EU passport.
