In this full-time position requiring regular travel, you’ll be acting as an interface between the assigned markets / countries ( DACH + UK + Northern Europe ) and the HQ, while promoting the brand in the assigned territories, in order to achieve the sales objectives.

POSITION
- Develop strategies and achieve annual sales, marketing and communications budgets.
- Identify, target and open new points of sale (POS) in the territory, in line with annual targets and the brand's distribution strategy.
- Ensure that each outlet in the territory meets brand requirements, training and merchandising standards.
- Ensure that distribution and product mix are in line with the brand's commercial rules and requirements.
- Open as well as close POS in order to maintain brand image, quality and respect selective distribution requirements.
- Ensure that sales outlets comply with the requirements defined by the brand : assortment, space, furniture, etc.
- Organise and / or conduct sales training to increase product knowledge and maximise sell-out.
- Monitor Pricing, observe trends and analyse sell-out in assigned territories for necessary adjustments.
- Supervise marketing activities : events, product launches, exhibitions, sponsorships, advertising campaigns, etc.
- Collaborate with and support national Brand Managers, and supervise subsidiary inventory levels.
