You support our Logistics teams, working closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Process Engineers, in the continuous improvement of our business.

You do this by collecting, processing, and analyzing large sets of data related to our supply chain operations, and by developing ad-hoc metrics and KPIs.

You are responsible for the development, testing, and deployment of ML models to simulate our complex processes.

You are creating a digital twin of our warehouses to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and to optimize our core processes.

Analyzing logistics data and providing insights to the organization's decision-makers with reports, visualizations, and dashboards...

• to communicate insights and recommendations, and to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

You support and shape initiatives with ad-hoc analyses and advanced models, that will shape the warehouse of the future.

You build the bridge between the Logistics and the Product organization, being a facilitator in the knowledge and information transfer.

You share relevant insights to raise awareness about ongoing projects and challenges.

What do you offer?

Master's degree (university / university of applied science)

University degree (Uni / ETH, FH, HF) with focus on Analytics / Economics / Informatics / Logistics / Engineering or related topics

3-5 years

in a similar or related field

English (fluent)

French (beneficial)

German (beneficial)

Experience with Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker, Power BI), Python (most common packages and ML packages).

You are a curious, open, well-organized team player, with a can-do attitude for solving interesting and complex problems.

You are a full stack data expert, with your expertise ranging all the way from model conception to production-ready APIs.

Writing clean codes, sharing, and maintaining them, is a core part of your values.

You are familiar with Agile methodologies or worked in a group adopting them.
