Stellenbeschreibung

Tasks

  • Executive Support : Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Business Operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Project Coordination : Assist with project tracking, milestone management, and reporting. Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Operational Support : Support business operations by monitoring key metrics, drafting client-facing documents, and coordinating with internal teams to align processes with client expectations.
  • Client Relations : Facilitate client onboarding, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-ups. Conduct initial research on potential clients and external project opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education : Apprenticeship (EFZ) in administration; Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business preferred.
  • Experience : Administrative experience in clinical research or healthcare; knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards (GCP, FDA, EMA).
  • Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Languages : Fluent in German and English; other languages are an advantage.
