Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the processes to maintain and preserve the efficiency of all equipment, production lines and / or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Every day you will supervise the execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of installations, production lines and / or equipment. You will also demonstrate your expertise by managing and updating the technical documentation of the installations, production lines and / or facilities.The working model for this role is : on-siteThis role is a contribution to the electrification, smart buildings in Schaffhausen. Main stakeholders are production, production engineers and external contractors.You will be mainly responsible for :

• Working closely with production, production engineers as well as external contractors and supporting the service team in Schaffhausen, including training of service personnel in Bulgaria
• Carrying out and monitoring repairs, projects as well as calibration and control of test equipment on production facilities
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations for equipment and machine testing
• Applying specialist knowledge in the areas of HVAC, I&C and control systems to optimize technical workflows and processes
