Manager IT Business Processes | Operational Resilience

Aufgaben

Responsible for the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) in the collaboration with external third parties from a Procurement perspective / Support Procurement in monitoring third party contracts as well as managing a variety of IT security risks throughout the lifecycle of third party relationships from onboarding to offboarding / Ensure consistent data storage and a holistic security approach, including due diligence and continuous monitoring of the up and down stream in the bank supply chain / Ensuring that third-party risk management is in place for all types of third parties such as suppliers, service providers, etc. / Responsible for the development and expansion of approved suppliers in cooperation with Procurement as well as the maintenance of customer relationships / Close cooperation with Legal & Compliance, keyword data protection / Single point of contact for questions regarding risk minimization / Responsible for trainings / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on business administration or business law / Knowledge of third-party contracts as well as processes and supply chains of external clients / Professional experience in a bank's internal audit or IT audit, risk management, legal or in a "BigFour" auditing of banks (business or IT) / Generalist knowledge of contract management / Interest in organization and planning / Perseverance in initiatives / Willingness to take responsibility and work independently and reliably / Professional communication with various stakeholders at all functional and hierarchical levels / Inspiring personality / Fluency in German and English.
