Deine Aufgaben
Your main tasks as Operations Coordinator :
- Daily monitoring of the CEO’s inbox and distributing incoming inquiries.
- Managing various electronic mailboxes (group and client mailboxes) and occasional scanning of physical documents.
- Maintaining the company website and managing social media channels.
- Organizing appointments, team events, and client lunches / dinners.
- Capturing and reviewing time entries, client data, budgets, and templates within our management software.
- Creating and reviewing standard documents, including letters, power of attorney, service level agreements, and data protection agreements.
- Proofreading offers, presentations, contracts, and AGM memos.
- Designing, implementing and evaluating surveys.
- Keeping our archiving structure, online library, and templates organized and up to date.
- Ordering gifts, office supplies, and hardware as needed.
