About the Role

The successful candidate will :

Ensure activities are focused on key business issues and an effective operational service is provided.

Perform and support all employee lifecycle related processes from Hire to Retire (such as hiring, onboarding, end of employment)

Ensure a consistent approach to HR activities and initiatives within regional and global policies / legal requirements, whilst adhering to local statutory requirements and legislation.

Provide support to the business on all matters associated with staff to enhance individual and team capability and performance.

Design and help implement company policies

Participate in regional or global projects, as required.

Cooperate with HR service providers and stakeholders, ( Payroll Team, brokers, Knowledge Experts, External service providers)

About You

Degree Level and or HR / Business qualification

3-5 years HR experience (including Generalist experience) ideally in a global or regional matrix organization

Strong knowledge of Swiss labour laws and regulations

Proactive, with a focus on superb service delivery and problem-solving attitude

Able to effectively manage a demanding workload and multiple priorities

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Fluent spoken and written English; German and / or fluency a distinct advantage
