As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a hands-on Head of Finance to manage their financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company’s financial future in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Role Overview : The Head of Finance will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work closely with the CFO and senior management, leading a small team of two finance professionals. The role involves both hands-on financial management and strategic planning to support business growth. You will ensure the timely preparation of financial statements, manage the budgeting process, and provide financial analysis for key business decisions. Compliance with Swiss accounting standards and tax regulations is essential, along with managing cash flow and working capital. Your involvement in decision-making will support the company’s strategic goals. Qualifications and Skills : You should have at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the technology sector. Strong hands-on financial management skills and experience leading a small team are essential. Knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and tax regulations is required, along with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Fluency in English is necessary, and German is a plus.
