Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Controller to join their team. This role is essential to driving financial transparency, controlling costs, and supporting strategic decision-making within the manufacturing and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach, working closely with key stakeholders. COGS Analysis and Reporting Develop and maintain a monthly COGS analysis, including consistent standard cost pricing and variance calculation Analyze and decompose COGS elements Integrate analyses into monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and planning cycles Capex Analysis Perform detailed CapEx analysis and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives Business Support and Optimization Projects Provide business support to different stakeholders for various projects and day-to-day operations Cost controlling for supply chain functions Support and drive optimization projects in warehousing and group-wide logistics Other Controlling and Reporting Activities Contribute to oader reporting and controlling projects Facilitate the integration of future international production sites into the reporting framework Coordination of FP&A activities International company with a dynamic and growing environment Exciting position with a lot of growth and planned management responsibility University degree supplemented by further training in controlling or accounting (e.g. expert in accounting and controlling, CAS Controlling) Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in an international environment Very good knowledge of SAP and excellent experience with OpEx and CapEx management Fluency in English and German, French would be a plus, any other language an advantage Analytical thinking, high level of initiative, hands-on mentality and solution-oriented If you are looking for a challenging role within an innovative company where you can make a tangible impact, we look forward to receiving your application...
