A unique and market leading Digital Bank is looking to hire a Mandarin speaking Senior Relationship Manager to lead the APAC team from the Swiss office. The bank has a strong range of products with a particular focus on the digital / crypto space, and they work with sophisticated (U)HNWIs, family offices, and institutional clients alike. The Bank prides itself on being a pioneer in the digital assets sector, combining cutting edge technology with a traditional Swiss banking approach; providing a highly tailored approach in a fast-changing sector.

In this position you will be a player / coach, nurturing an existing client book to grow the asset book whilst managing a small time of Relationship Managers. The Bank has an APAC team that you will work closely with on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all client needs are met around the clock.

To be a success in this position you will be an experienced Private Banker who is a fluent Mandarin speaker, who is well spoken and able to present to discerning clients. You will be a strategic thinker who is able to work closely with senior management, international colleagues, your team members, and clients on a continuous basis to achieve and exceed all targets. You do not need to be an expert on digital assets or crypto currencies, but you will need some personal interest in the sector.
