We are seeking a (Senior) Director of Non-Clinical Development to play a pivotal role in driving nonclinical DMPK, PKPD, and safety strategies for innovative therapeutic proteins and small molecules—advancing our pipeline from target assessment through early clinical development.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive nonclinical development programs, from early research through early clinical development
- Drive and oversee the execution of first-in-human enabling studies, including PKPD, DMPK, toxicology, and bioanalysis
- Develop, implement, and refine development strategies, with a focus on toxicology, disposition, PK / PD modeling, and human PK and dose prediction.
- Manage, analyze, review, summarize, interpret and report results of DMPK, PKPD and toxicology studies
- Oversee and manage studies with CROs and consultants
