Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced, well-informed Senior Designer who can manage the design process from concept to production while working closely with the Founder, Creative Director, and Head of Design. You will create high-end collections and precise tech packs for manufacturers, ensuring all designs reflect the ForJesus brand’s identity, elegance, and standards. While some creative input is welcome, all work must align with the brand vision and mission.

Tasks

• Lead the design process from concept to final production under the guidance of the Founder, Creative Director, and Head of Design.
• Design Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ fashion with sophistication and attention to detail, within the brand’s established aesthetic.
• Develop detailed tech packs including materials, measurements, trims, construction details, and production instructions.
• Collaborate directly with manufacturers to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Review prototypes and samples, providing expert feedback and refinements.
• Stay informed on high-end fashion trends, fabrics, sizing standards, and production techniques.
• Maintain organized records of all design concepts, tech packs, and production notes.
• Keep up-to-date with AI-assisted design tools and digital innovations to enhance design efficiency and creativity.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in high-end fashion design, with a proven ability to manage collections from start to finish.
• Expert knowledge of fabrics, trims, sizing, and garment construction for luxury apparel.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, or other professional design software.
• Strong experience creating tech packs and working with manufacturers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership and production teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and/or German.

Preferred:

• A love for God and alignment with ForJesus’ mission.
• Experience with faith-based or mission-driven fashion brands.
• Knowledge of sustainable or ethical production practices.
• Ability to contribute creatively while respecting the brand’s vision and guidelines.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and emerging technologies in fashion design.
