In a small team, you are jointly responsible for designing visual storytelling and creating engaging content that strengthens brand presence. Your creativity and design expertise contribute to developing innovative visual content that resonates with the audience and shapes the future of esports and racing simulation. You are actively involved in all stages, from strategy development to content and channel planning, as well as the communication support of events, helping your team to take Racing Unleashed to the next level.

The main responsibilities include :

• Designing all visual assets, including graphics and motion elements, for digital platforms and social media.
• Shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Racing Unleashed to ensure a consistent and coherent brand presentation across all touchpoints.
• Collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop brand-appropriate visual content for campaigns and communication measures.
• Creating motion graphics and animations that enhance engagement and bring our content to life.
• Supporting digital marketing efforts by producing visually appealing assets that increase the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Adapting visual assets for various platforms and ensuring optimized performance across formats (e.g., web, social media, and events).
• Staying informed about design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas into our visual strategy.
• Ensuring that the results meet the highest quality standards and align with our brand guidelines.
• Being responsible for setting up a system for managing digital assets to ensure that both internal and external stakeholders can easily access all approved media.
